I refer the noble Lord, Lord Russell, to Clause 7, which introduces further requirements for local agencies to report information about anti-social behaviour to the Government, including on the ASB case review process. Under that clause, the Secretary of State by regulations can require further specific information related to anti-social behaviour, which will include, as Clause 7 says,
