Fund improvements for young people with SEND who visit GP surgeries

Background

I want the government to require GP surgeries to offer priority appointments and home visits for children and young adults with special educational needs and disabilities who are unable to access a surgery easily.

Additional details

I also want the government to fund GP surgeries to have calming areas or sensory rooms available for children and young adults to access when they are able to visit a surgery.
