Remove false accusations involving children services from parents’ records

Background

We want the Government to legislate to automatically remove any accusations proven to be false as a result of previous investigations from parents' children’s services records, so that parents do not have to declare an involvement in the past with social services on future hospital, etc visits.

Additional details

Claims that are proven false should be removed from these records if parents have done nothing wrong, and they should not be made to feel any shame that they feel whenever they visit a hospital.
