I want to acknowledge the views of the 200 families whose concerns were expressed in a letter published by Relatives for Justice and the Pat Finucane Centre this week. The test must be whether this legislation delivers truth, justice and accountability on an equal basis, not whether it reassures one group while leaving others fearful that the doors to justice are being closed. That is the test this legislation must pass.
